At QuadReal Property Group we Continuously work hard to improve the environmental and social performance of the buildings we manage. As part of QuadReal Property Group’s ongoing commitment to corporate responsibility, we report on all the aspects of the day-to-day business operations and corporate activities, and take a precautionary approach in the face of unknown and potentially adverse environmental and social impacts. download a PDF of the report.

The building management team at World Exchange Plaza strives to inspire and be a leader in our industry. We go beyond simply attaining LEED: EB O&M, or BOMA BESt Certification, beyond recycling bins and green lingo: We have examined every aspect of our business and environmental impact and looked for ways to improve, year over year, working together with our tenants and suppliers, to deliver a greener, healthier workplace.

And our awards do speak to our commitment; we continue to certify at the highest levels, in spite of ever increasing targets. In 2015, we won the BOMA International Earth Award, beating out competition from across the continent and around the world for our conservation, greenhouse gas reductions and tenant programs in support of a greener environment.

We view our tenants and suppliers as partners in this effort. We work with our tenant’s in house Green Teams or committees to help them raise awareness and identify priority projects within their workspace. Engaging and educating tenants, while at the same time learning what is important and current for their needs provides an ongoing opportunity for improvement.

Among our ongoing initiatives we include:
